Meet the heavyweight champion: the world's largest scorpion species at an astounding 23 centimeters long and 56 grams. Native to Indian forests, it's absolutely massive compared to its cousins. Despite its intimidating size, it's relatively docileβa fortunate trait given how much damage those enormous pincers could inflict. It's a fascinating contradiction proving that size and aggression rarely go hand-in-hand in the arthropod world: the biggest scorpion on Earth is actually one of the least aggressive.
